Christmas Tree embroidery design on cotton fabric
Machine embroidery on cotton is a very simple task. The main thing to remember, this fabric has a high coefficient of shrinkage. Therefore, it is important to wash the product BEFORE embroidery.
After the base is dry, go to embroidery.
At the beginning you need to mark up the design with a printed template and an air-erase pen. To do this, move the center point, and draw the axis direction lines.
The next step will be stabilization. We recommend using the self-adhesive Madeira Cotton Fix Tear Away stabilizer in this case. Cut the required cloth from the roll, peel off the protective coating. Then glue the stabilizer on the wrong side of the fabric.
Go on to the hooping. Hoop the fabric together with the stabilizer and place it in the machine. Check that the needle is above the center of embroidery you marked.
Embroider the design. Then unhoop the fabric, tear off the excess stabilizer and cut the long threads from the inside.
